Using the Audio-Visual Room

The Goleman Library offers an audiovisual room with video and sound recording equipment for Delta College students. This room must be reserved on the library website (see QR code on the door), and reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. The Audio-Visual Room can be reserved for up to 2 hours per day and a maximum of 6 hours per week. If a user needs it for a longer period of time, they must contact libref@deltacollege.edu to make arrangements.

Before entering the room, the user must show their reservation to the librarian at the Reference Desk. When finished with the room, the user must notify the librarian to lock the room to ensure that the items inside are secure. Users may be charged for damaged or missing equipment.

Audio-Visual Room Users cannot eat or drink in the room. The equipment must be kept in the room at all times.
